Throughout the past decade, she held senior specialist and managerial roles, and later specialized in executive search, placing top- level leaders across industries.

Since 2023, she has been working as a freelance headhunter (DSG Talent Solution), supporting companies in hiring senior professionals, mainly in HR, finance, legal, and executive roles. Her strong candidate network in the Hungarian market and strategic, communicative approach make her a trusted recruitment partner.

Throughout her career, she has supported companies across various industries in filling key positions.
Recently, she strengthened her network with law firms and in the oil & gas sector.

She has had the opportunity to be involved in the early-stage setup of several organizations,
