Head of Recruitment
About the Role
Currently partnering with a well-established and financially independent IT company with a strong market presence and excellent client references to find their next Head of Recruitment:
A people-driven leader with agency background and preferably IT recruitment experience — someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and knows how to build winning teams.
This is a key strategic and hands-on leadership role, responsible for shaping and driving the company’s talent acquisition strategy across all business lines while leading a highly motivated and eager-to-succeed recruitment team. Last but not least we’re looking for a leader who can navigate demanding stakeholders with confidence and professionalism.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Drive the execution of our recruitment strategy and continuously align it with evolving market trends and business needs.
 - Optimize and modernize recruitment processes, introducing new tools, technologies, and data-driven practices.
 - Set, track, and deliver on recruitment KPIs; provide regular insights and reports to senior management.
 - Lead, mentor, and inspire the recruitment team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
 - Ensure an outstanding and consistent candidate experience at every stage of the hiring journey.
 - Partner closely with business leaders to understand their talent priorities and provide proactive, consultative support.
 
What We’re Looking For
- Min 7 years of experience in recruitment and selection, preferably in the IT or technology sector, including at least 2 years in a leadership position.
 - Recruitment agency experience is essential
 - Proven success supporting fast-paced, complex, and high-expectation business environments.
 - Deep understanding of recruitment channels and sourcing strategies, with curiosity and courage to experiment with new approaches.
 - Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.
 - Proactive, flexible, and analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
 - Fluent Hungarian and English skills, both spoken and written.
